Our ordering process is simple:
(i) You contact us with basic details of your event. Don’t worry if you haven’t fixed a menu yet. We’ll help you out on this! 😀
(ii) We send you a customized quotation for your event.
(iii) You give us the confirmation. And voila! We deliver to your doorstep. Simple!

Our minimum order value is BDT 5000 for a minimum quantity of 8 person per item: meaning each item has to be ordered for 8 people and total order value must meet BDT 5000.

Orders have to confirmed a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery time. For large events, we recommend that time to be 72 hours.

All our prices are exclusive of VAT and Tax. Even when VAT is charged, we comply to VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) i.e. VAT is deducted at source by the customer. In instances of VDS and Advance Income Tax (AIT) deduction, we request our clients to send us a statement with the corresponding amounts for our tax purposes.

Yes. Our regular delivery charge is BDT 300. For large orders, a customized charge is quoted.

No. Unless you have availed add-on services like Professional Servers, Chafing Dishes etc., there is no service charge. For these add-on services, the service charge will be clearly communicated.

Of course! We don’t shy away from a tasting session because we are confident that our food will pass with flying colors. Standard menu prices apply to samples.

Payment modality is either an account payee cheque addressed to “Alpha Catering Services Limited” or Cash on Delivery.

We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! With that said, holidays are when we are the most busy. So you may want to book your date in advance. 😉

Currently, our regular menus are offered only in Dhaka City. For customized events, we offer our services all over Bangladesh.

We use our own delivery fleet of covered vans to deliver to our customers.

Saucepans, cartons and any other non-disposable packaging items are to be retained by the customer and we will collect them later.
