1. What is your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is 10 for most items, and minimum order value is BDT 5,000.

2. Do you provide just food, or other services as well?

As per your need, we can provide servers, chafing dishes, crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs, washers etc. and also full event management support.

3. How much earlier before the event should I confirm my order?

For orders below 100 headcount, please confirm your order at least 24 hours in advance. For orders above 100, it is advisable that you confirm 48 hours earlier, though we might still be able to accommodate if you inform a bit late.

4. What is your serving modality?

We can deliver food to you in dekchis, foil boxes, individual packaging, or in a buffet system.

5. What is your payment modality?

We take 50% advance upon order confirmation, while the rest is to be paid upon delivery. For corporate clients, credit system is possible under mutual agreement. Payment options include cash, cheque or bKash/Nagad.

6. What kind of events do you cater for?

From home dawats, birthday parties, anniversaries to corporate programs like meetings, townhalls, picnics, conferences to university convocations to holuds, weddings and receptions, we cover an extremely broad spectrum of events.

7. Do you serve outside Dhaka?

Yes we do! But the order has to be of a certain volume to make it feasible for us. Please get in touch for a discussion.

8. Is there an option for sampling food before placing an order?

Yes, we provide samples. The cost is waived if you confirm an order with us afterward.

9. What are your portion sizes?

For most items, the portion size on our menu follows a 1:1 ratio.
